Buttons and Bling Ornament

Supplies for Buttons and Bling Ornament Ideas

  1. Die cut shape from white cardstock. Die cut a second shape from gold metallic cardstock and trim off top.
  2. Adhere buttons randomly with hot glue.
  3. Add bulk bling with hot glue, along with self-adhesive rhinestones and pearls to fill in gaps.
  4. Tie ribbon at top.

Tip: Make hot glue strings disappear by using a Heat Tool to lightly heat the ornament.

  1. The ornament is so pretty. It looks like a “real” ornament – like it could be round and made of glass. Good way to use up lots of buttons that aren’t used but are too good to ignore. Thanks for sharing.
